Executive Headteacher

As the Executive Headteacher of Arden Multi Academy Trust Damian is responsible for the educational outcomes and operational efficiency of all the schools within the Trust. He was the Headteacher at Park Hall Academy between 2015 and 2018 and, prior to that, Vice-Principal at Arden.  He leads on Teaching and Learning, student progress, curriculum, intervention and behaviour. He has extensive Ofsted experience and sits on the Strategic Board for SEN, the LA Safeguarding Board and is Vice-Chair of the Authority Admissions Committee.

Damian has contributed to SSAT training as well as leading training on Teaching and Learning and Inclusion in Park Hall Academy.  He is a Lead trainer for ASCL on staff appraisal
