Sue served with the Warwickshire Constabulary for 5 years as a Policewoman. She went on to study Theology at Queens College in Birmingham and was ordained in 2011 as a Curate,  and then as Associate Vicar at Knowle Parish Church. Sue has three daughters, all of which were pupils at Arden.
